1. What is a payday advance?
A private and confidential way to get an advance on your next paycheck. Funds are transferred into your account electronically through ACH.

2. How do I know you are only going to withdraw what you say?
We are authorized only to withdraw the amount stated by you. Access EZCash, Inc. and anyone else authorized to use the Federal Reserve Wire System must follow FDIC rules. Plus, all accounts with banks that are FDIC members are protected. You may not dispute the validity of theses ACH transactions without written notice from Access EZCash, Inc.

3. What if I have poor credit or have filed for Bankruptcy?
No Problem!

4. How much does an advance cost?
$15 for every $100 borrowed. You can get a $100, $150, $200, $250, or $300 payroll advance depending on your salary. Payable on your next payday up to 15 days. The cost is only $15, $22.50, $30, $37.50, $45 respectively, plus a $10 application fee.

5. After I request a cash advance, how long does it take to get my advance?
Once you request a cash advance and you have faxed us your most recent bank statement, one of our verifiers will contact you to confirm your request. All requests must go through a mandatory verification process. If any information is needed from you to expedite the verification process, WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY E-MAIL. This process can take 25-48 hours, depending on the information you have given us.

6. Do I require collateral?
Your job is your collateral.

7. How do I get the money and how do I repay?
You give us two authorizations. 1) Authorization to send $75, $117.50, $160, $202.50, or $245 to your checking account. 2) Authorization to be used up to 15 days later to debit $100, $150, $200, $250 or $300 respectively, from the same account on your next payday. *You will have the option of extending your account due date by paying a $15, $22.50, $30, $37.50, $45 fee only. This authorization will come in the form of an Extension Request sheet found on our web site.

8. If I find out later that the check I authorized you to cash will not be good what should I do?
It is very important to contact us immediately! E-mail us at customerservice@ezcashnow.com. Otherwise you could be charged extra fees on top of what you already owe! You must request an extension online 3 days before your due date in order for us to guarantee that we process it on time. If you contact us, we can arrange for you to pay only the fee that will buy you time until your next payday. If your check bounces, you will not only have the regular NSF fee charged by your bank, but you are also authorizing us to collect our return check fee of $15. If we are not contacted, fees continue to be added to your account every two weeks. If the neglect continues, our Bad Check collection starts! You will be reported to Tele-Track and this could prevent you from receiving payday loans from other companies, as well as remain on your permanent credit record.

9. What happens if I default on my loan?
We will add the fees according to your payday. This means that we will add the finance/extension fee bi-monthly until paid in full. The longer it is neglected, the more it will cost you. Finally, we will be forced to report your situation to Experian.

10. How long does it take to get the payday advance?
The first time it will take a day or two to get your paperwork completed and your information loaded in our computer. After you become a member and you need a new loan, you do not have to fill out a new application. All you do is click on MEMBERS ONLY and RE-ACTIVATE your old loan. The money will be in your account sometime the next business day. Please be patient. Sometimes it may take longer to verify information.

11. Is my transaction Private?
YES! We utilize 100% secure SSL security.

12. What is your Wire Transfer Schedule?
Cash advances requested before 12 pm (PT) Monday - Thursday will be verified the next day. Friday requests will arrive on Monday. Weekend requests will be treated as a Monday request. All Federal holidays are observed and requests will be processed the following day.

13. Do I need Direct Deposit in order to apply for a loan?
Yes. We cannot serve you unless you have Direct Deposit. Ask your employer how to sign up.

14. How do you determine the pay back date?
If you get paid twice a month or every two weeks, you must use your very next pay date. If that date is less than a week away, you must use the following pay date. If you get paid once a month, you must use your next pay date up to 15 days, if your pay date is more than 15 days AND you will not have the funds available you must extend the loan and pay the extension fee until the next payday. If you get paid every week, you must use your next payday up to 15 days.

15. What if I have pending cash advance elsewhere?
We still might be able to assist you, just let us know when we contact you to avoid an automatic denial.
